We talk about self care and relaxing, but this month let's do it at this meeting! Join us for a time of relaxing, laughing and snacking.

Anita our Autism Life Center Board President and owner of The Artist Within is going to lead us through painting a picture. Tera our Autism Life Center Founder and Exec. Dir. is going to lead us through a discussion and practice meditation session during breaks in painting. While you paint and relax you also get to snack on some delicious cookies, cupcakes and more! ALL of this is FREE to families and professionals. We do ask that this be an adult only meeting. We do not have childcare at this time.

If you are planning to attend, you do need to register by May 5 to ensure we have enough supplies and snacks. If you do not register you are more then welcome to attend, however we can't promise we'll have enough supplies to paint.
