When was the last time you were able to focus on you? We give and give to our kids, family, school, work, etc. This isn’t a bad thing, but sometimes we need to carve out time for just us. THAT my friends is what this Autism Support Meeting is all about!

We put our kids in time out, but don't you wish you could take a time out sometimes to? Maybe at the end of hard day, IEP meeting, meltdown, etc. Well this Support Meeting is all about taking a little time for just You. Join us for a chance to relax, chat and have a good time. It's all about relaxing and putting ourselves first for a little while.

We will have DOOR PRIZES, a massage therapist giving free chair massages and so many more relaxing surprises! THIS meeting is going to be amazing! Were excited to have you join us!

We do not have childcare. Meetings are open for professionals, families and friends who have been touched by someone with Autism.
