Holiday Survival: Supporting Our Kids & Ourselves!
The holidays are full of excitement, traditions, family gatherings... and sometimes a whole lot of stress!
For autistic individuals and their families, changes in routines, busy schedules, sensory overload, and holiday expectations can make this season especially challenging.
Join Autism Life Center for a relaxed, welcoming evening where we'll share ideas, swap holiday survival tips, and talk about ways to support our kids AND ourselves through the holiday season.
Let's talk about:
Managing changes in routines and traditions
Navigating family gatherings and expectations
Handling sensory overload and busy schedules
Taking care of ourselves as parents and caregivers
Bring your questions, experiences, and favorite holiday survival tips! You don't have to have all the answers. Sometimes the best support comes from knowing you're not alone.
